In general, proteins and genetics show strong evidence for evolution. Despite how different all organisms are, they all use DNA, codons, DNA transcriptase, RNA transcriptase, tRNAs, ribosomes, and many other enzymes. This is strong evidence that all of life is related and evolved from a common ancestor. If an organism were not related, it makes sense that they would have possibly developed different methods for storing genetic information, copying it, and making proteins.
