        Refunds eligible within first 90 days from date of invoice.
        
        A $500 early cancellation fee applies.
        
        Refunds are calculated based on hours
        used at the non-discounted rate.
      - MTM Terms
        
        Tuition is paid in advance and due on the
        1st of each month and is non-refundable.
        
        A $45 late fee will be charged for all tuition payments received after the 7th of each month.
        
        Excused absences must be made up and
        cannot be applied towards future tuition.
      - All Invoices Terms
        
        To allow for new scheduling, a 15-day written notice to SchedulingNVA@TutoringClub.com is required to hold or withdraw your student from the program.
        
        A fee equal to 15-days tuition will be
        charged against your account without such notice.
