Analysis will consist of doing a multiple regression analysis where the dependent variable is overall onboarding success and the independent variables are job satisfaction, turnover intention, perceived job stress, organizational support, employee engagement and innovative climate
Sample will be 500 small medium and large companies across all sectors

Research Question: What is the effectiveness of different methods of virtual onboarding as it relates to job satisfaction, turnover intention, perceived job stress, organizational support and employee engagement and innovative climate as it relates to overall onboarding success. In this model onboarding success is the DV.
