First person being introduced is someone to take pictures of the property. Brings clients guard down. Only thing this person does is visit the property. They are not a specialist, they don't ask transaction questions.They only collect photos of the property. text
"So that we can have a better understanding and make good use of time while we're together, let's set up a time for a third party we use to get a few photos of the property, that way we can start running numbers and get you the most for your property." Otherwise I'll have to take photos and come back to the office to run numbers, delaying the process. Once they've visited the property and I have everything I need we can even do a zoom call saving time and energy. Don't worry this person knows how to look past everything, they get paid for it so don't feel bad for them, this is just supposed to give us a general understanding of the condition of the property.
