60% identify as female and 40% identify as male

60% said yes, 40% said no
Question 4: If yes, you can explain your story, but this question is optional as there are people who wish to not tell their story. But most of the respondents answers happens in their house with their sibling, with how their parents treated them with their siblings differently.
Question 5: "What are your thoughts on favoritism nowadays?", From the respondents answer we can summaries that favoritism is really disturbing, not only it can affect kids mental health, it also a really bad thing to do to others.
Question 6: "In your opinion, how should people react when they face favoritism", 65% of the respondents said they have to speak up about it. 20% said they just have to accept it. And 15% said to confront it.
Question 7: "Give us 2 example on how to face favoritism?"
2 most important to do when you face favoritism that is written by the respondent is to Speak up & Tell Parents.
Question 8: "In your opinion can you explain why favoritism is still a thing?" . All of the respondents said that it happen due to People tend to have a favorite or favor another person more, and comparing, and even treating people in different ways.

Question 11: "What do you think are the consequence of favoritism?" Respondents said that it can cause people to suffer mental health, sad, depression.
Cause
Some leaders use favoritism to maximize their self interest. They use it to control situations by favoring some employees instead of others. This may cause a lot of consequences, may be both, good and bad.
Consequences
Favoritism can cause an individual to have behaviour problems, such as anger issues, increased levels of depression, performance anxiety, losing confidence, low self-esteem and less interaction with others.
Conclusion
So in conclusion, I think we should treat each others equally and fairly as we want to be treated. Since God has created us individuals for the same purpose, we should not compare each other.
Perspective
Global
Favoritism could sometimes lead to a form of discrimination (racism, sexism, etc.). If workers are treated poorly from the employers, the workers can file lawsuits of discrimination against the employer. Discrimination affects people's opportunities, could affect their mental healths and lack of self esteem.
Local : Favoritism in a local society can cause an individual to have increased levels of depression, performance anxiety, losing confidence and less interaction with others.
National
Cronyism is a type of favoritism where a leader gives advantages or benefits to their trusted partner or friends regardless of their experiences. Cronyism could lead to job disatisfaction, lack of motivation, and disenggangement.
Evaluation
Overall favoritism is bad because it doesn't give any positivity to the society. Instead it only gives more negativity off an individual and society.
