Future forms and uses
will be + -ing (future continuous)
We use the future continuous to talk about:
an activity that will be in progress at a stated time in the future.
This time next week, I'
ll be driving
across Europe.
a prediction about an activity that will be in progress at a time in the future.
In twenty years' time, they
won't be making
cars that run on petrol..
will have + past participle (future perfect)
We use the future perfect to talk about:
actions that will be completed before a stated time in the future.
The interview team
will have chosen
a candidate by the end of the week.

It's only Wednesday - the manager
won't have decided
anything yet.
will + infinitive, going to + infinitive
We use
going to
to talk about:
a decision we have already taken about a plan or an intention.

a prediction about an event which is based on evidence at the moment of speaking.

We use both expressions to talk about:
predictions and beliefs about future events and situations.
