Small firms will usually have a smaller heiarchy which means less HR planning is needed and the employees are given more freedom and independence
Big Organisations
Big organisations will find it more difficult to HR plan as there are many more roles and departments which leads to a more complicated division of priorities. This can also beneficial because having more departments will allow for specialisation in those fields which will lead to more effieciency and better quality

Small firms will need to make careful budget planning when starting to grow as a business. When low funds are to be managed, every penny counts.

Big organisations must utilise correct HR planning to calculate their budgets to make sure that they can maximise spendings in coherent and beneficial ways
