Create, enforce, and adhere to HANA development standards

Developing SAP HANA information models such as Procedure and Hana Views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL Scripting, SDA (Smart Data Access)
Provide technology and architectural leadership, strategic direction and long-term vision for the SAP investment; inspire creative solutions for maximizing the value contribution of that investment

Lead the design, implementation and support of Big Data, Analytics, HANA and Cloud solutions for SAP customers
Lead SAP HANA modeling efforts and provide Analytics recommendations in the development of new solutions as well as the improvement of existing solutions for SAP customers
Have the ability to conduct and lead SAP Big Data and Analytics-related discussions at customers in an advisory capacity
Interact with both business and technical stakeholders of clients to provide a sound technical solution that meets business needs
Articulate and define analytics solutions being used by supervisory board, executive committees and senior managers
In addition to a strong business and analytics background, the position requires strong problem-solving, analytical abilities and consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business and in a global and regional team environment
Hands-on SAP HANA modeling and Analytics (including advanced analytics) experience to deliver new solutions/ improve existing solutions for SAP customers
Have the ability to articulate and define analytics solutions being used by supervisory board, executive committees and senior managers

Implementation and integration experience in SAP modules such as SAP BW and SAP PI and key project domains of data, training, and security
Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Gather requirements from client stakeholders and ensure that we’re exceeding their expectations at each step of the engagement
People Development: Serve as counselor and coach to up-and-coming consultants and managers. Provide input and guidance into Deloitte’s staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
