- Stress -> a condition in which a person is unable to adapt.
- Behavior -> the action or expression of a person.
2. Self-Management refers to a person's ability to control stimuli And being able to control the actions that will occur with oneself will help reduce stress in the mind, body.

Definition -> it is a guideline for self-development, find weakness points, set goals and guidelines for achieving them.
Concept
- Every human being has a valuable potential within yourself.
- There is no person who is perfect in all aspects.
- Still need help from others to develop yourself.
- The obstacle is the inability to change the way of thinking.
