Rahul celebrated his 10th birthday recently. Although the celebration only consisted of a birthday song, Rahul felt content celebrating his big day with his loving family. Rahul lives in a rural village under the Dalits (lowest ranking/'untouchables') in the caste system in India, and dreams of becoming a doctor one day. However, his family has no means of providing him with an education given their measly salary that is barely sufficient for survival. The Brahmins (highest ranking in the caste system) have not been paying Rahul's parents, giving rise to an urgent need for another source of income, putting the pressure on Rahul to support his family. What should Rahul do?
Ignore the situation and begin his education route by stealing educational materials from a bookshop in the city to study.

Go work in construction in the city. At work, Rahul needs a helmet but he has to pay for it. However, it costs a week of his expenses. What should Rahul do?
Don't pay
Due to shoddy safety regulations, a stack of concrete fell off the building and hit Rahul's head. Rahul dies.
Pay for the helmet, but you starved.
Unfortunately, Rahul has fallen sick after starving and working for a week.
Don't see a doctor
Rahul's wage is decreased due to his inability to produce the same results he produced before falling sick (and Rahul's boss is not understanding about it). Due to some complications on a global scale, inflation has struck, and Rahul can no longer afford basic necessities with his decreased wage. What should Rahul do?

See a doctor. However, the hospital fees will amount to a week of allowance for Rahul's family.
Rahul recovers smoothly, but his family starves back at home, and as a result his mother becomes severely ill due to this.

Ignore the situation
Mother dies due to untreated illness. Overcome with grief, Rahul is unable to focus on his job and ends up in an accident during work, sending him into a coma for 50 years.
