Lo4 prioritizing business tasks, Key Words - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Causes them to need to divide their time well and prioritize requirements of them.
  - - - ie a sales manager holding a training session for employees tomorrow, any documentation for the session must be completed prior. if the internal deadline is not met her reputation may be effected as the session appears unprofessional and poorly planned.
    - - ie a new customer must receive a delivery by 5pm, if this external deadline isnt met they will be unreliable and may not get any more orders from that customer.
    - - projects can be broken down into smaller tasks each with their own lil deadlines- interim ones that help meet the final deadline.
        
        if the interim deadlines are not seen as important the project may run behind and cause increased workload.
    - - some deadlines will hinder the business however wont effect the whole running of the business as some will and may let down customers.
- - - - fluctuations in exchange rate also can effect international businesses buying and selling. then the business needs to have meetings to discuss how to minimize the effect, this will be a higher priority in a national business.
    - - If laws have been broken and legal action is taking the business should take immediate action to reduce impact
        
        passing on urgent information will call for stakeholders ie suppliers to meet up and discuss issues that stakeholders claim urgent.
