work, TV, shopping
to remove this unease.
An activity that might be very enjoyable become addictive
Solution
Self-observe your mental-emotional state
Any trace of resentment, unwillingness?
Drop the negativity
Speak to the person concerned and expressed fully
Stop doing the activity that's causing the unwillingness
Complaining about a situation
Take action out of 3 options available.
Remove yourself from the situation
Change the situation by taking action
Accept the situation totally

The core delusion that turns a mere situation, event or emotion into a personal problem or a suffering.
To be free of time is to
free of psychological need of past for your identity
and future for your fulfillment.
