Quality Curriculum
Having a quality curriculum is very important. Teaching a kindergartner how to do long division is probably not the best thing, you have to make sure your curriculum is developmental appropriate (six).
It is also important to teach self help skills, like hygiene and nutrition (academic world, 2022).
You need to make sure that all of your students are learning, no matter what level of understanding they are at. You have to accommodate to children who are above and below the target line.
Funding (six)
For better opportunities, you need funding in schools. Without proper funding, students will lack the opportunities they need to thrive. (Kadience.)
Is there a fund for students with learning disabilities? Is the school able to provide accomodated materials for a student who needs them?
This article tells a great reason to why funding is so important, "Funding and organization are two important requisites for all six key elements and they are mainly a national responsibility. A school that is not granted adequate funding and has no clear guidelines will not be able to ensure quality" (six).
Another reason that funding is so important is because, "When school districts spend money wisely, they have better outcomes, including higher test scores, increased graduation rates, and other improved indicators of student achievement. More money also helps ensure that students have schools with better facilities and more curriculum options" (a quality approach).
Funding also means students will have access to new books instead of outdated ones. It helps keep the current knowledge at hand.
Poverty
education has a very strong pipeline to poverty. Students having lesser education leads them to have a higher chance to be in poverty as they grow older. Why does this happen? Having a good and quality education will better prepare students for the job market while having lesser education will leave students unprepared for jobs. (What Does Quality Education Mean?, 2022).
"According to UNESCO, if all students in low-income countries had just basic reading skills (nothing else), an estimated 171 million people could escape extreme poverty. If all adults completed secondary education, we could cut the global poverty rate by more than half. This is why the United Nations named quality education one of its Sustainable Development Goals to achieve by 2030." (concern)
Will students with disabilities in a low income school be provided with the accommodations they need? Will they have an unfair disadvantage to learn? Will this cause them to not have a job in the future from lack of resources from their school?

Poverty also affects everyone. When adults cannot get jobs due to their education, it can affect people around the world who need the things that those jobs could have provided.
Location
The location in the world means a lot to quality education, Are there national guidelines to follow?
Will the location provide necessary funding?
Does the location think education is important? Doo they think everyone has a right to education?
Will the location be able to provide a positive learning environment within the school?
The learning environment is very important to quality education. Would you rather a student in a clean and dry classroom or one with holes in the roof and a dirt floor?
"A positive learning environment is created when you value participatory teaching and learning and when there is trust and rapport among students and between yourself and students. To establish trust that leads to true participation and engagement in learning, you first need to set the stage by establishing a learning environment in which all students feel valued, safe, and supported" (human)
To have a quality learning environment, a student will be able to feel safe and be able to learn no matter their disabilities.
Learning environments mean so much more than the location, it also includes the teacher-student relationship, the safety of the classroom, and so much more.
Is there enough room for students in wheelchairs or gross-motor disabilites to be able to freely move around or be comfortable in the classroom?

To have quality education, you have to make sure that the people running the school can allow for the sthool to be up to national guidelines (six).
Are teachers provided with the standards of the school or state? Did the school hire educated teachers? (six).
