What clothing did Indigenous people in this region wear in the past?
Long dresses with removable sleeves
breechcloths and leggings

What materials are their clothing made of?
cow hides
other animal hides
Why would they wear clothes like these?
to keep warm in the winter
Food
fish bison deer elk rabbit almost everything and they use or eat all parts of the animal then return something to the earth
they hunted to get there food
i dont think they would have trouble getting food because they ate almost everything and migrated so they would always have food
they had feasts but other then that i dont think so
Shelter
there weapons are spears clubs knifes bows
they made there houses out of buffalo wood and stone
there were different kind of buildings the cree lived in villages of teepees or wigwambs
Rolls and beliefs
men jobs were hunting fishing
women jobs healers and cooks
Leaders were called chiefs
they had powwows
Transportation
dogs or pack animals (there were no horses tho)
they also used snow shoes and sleds
they travled from east hudson bay to as far as west alberta
they migrated to hunt animals to eat
