According to OH&S legislation the responsibilities of employers to:
provide clear information, instruction, training and supervision in OHS matters for all workers.
provide a safe working environment
provide first aid and appropriate medical services
have worker’s compensation insurance for all workers and provide rehabilitation programs for returning injured workers
keep an accident record register in which details of injuries are recorded
develop a written OHS policy in consultation with unions and employees
According to OH&S legislation the rights of employers to expect employees
take responsible care with the health and safety of themselves and other employees by practicing safe work habits
actively contribute to OHS in the workplace
follow safety instructions and procedures
According to OH&S legislation the employees have the rights to:
compensation (including payment of wages and medical bill) if you are injured in the workplace or if an illness results from your employment
assistance with rehabilitation from return to work
be involved in health and safety matters and play a part in protecting your own health and safety and that of others in the workplace, through discussion, contribution and co-operation with your employer

PPE
gloves
check for tears, make sure glove fits properly - snug and aligned around fingers with no caught material
make sure glove is correct size to prevent tears and better hand movement
wash hands before putting on gloves
grasp outside edge of glove around the cuff and turn inside the glove and peel it off
hold dirty glove in hand with other pair still on
place fingers inside the glove cuff and don't touch exterior
peel off glove by turning it inside out with the other glove inside
never wash or reuse gloves
