A disconnect between the different goals of the business and IT.

Why does it exist: the business felt their needs weren't being met by the IT department.

Pros and Cons

Feasibility: Pending scheduling, this is highly feasible.

Pro: Gives visibility into what problems other departments are facing.

Pros: Possible solutions have already been suggested/identified by the consultants.

Cons: The best solution may take a long time to come to fruition. There may not be enough value to an external solution.
