A specialized combative task force serving under Site Command. Though… seem to have an extent of power over them simultaneously. According to All-Father, they recruit from Foundation and are “brainwashed.” Fat chance.
Foundation committee meant to regulate ethical containment and practice. Abandoned Site-73 around 3/5.
Combative (?) task force. Executed 5 Sarkic infiltrators on 4/2. Trustworthy, mostly.
Resident man of mystery and Head of Affairs. Seemingly able to travel in and out of the site regardless of infection status. Strong enough to kill Foundation members, but can’t run too much or stomach interrogation stuff.
Xi-8 Member, one of the last of the initial deployment still remaining. Trained in thaumaturgy but tends to abuse power.
Mentioned in passing. Unknown what the fuck they do, possibly saw them with Dr. Xavier. EC security detail??
Representative of the Committee, on-site at least once with security detail. Unsure of his objective or current status.
Unknown. Ron McDon was a member, prior to execution.
Previous Site Director. Killed 3/12 following numerous attempts on his life. Reportedly revived, however became immediately hostile. Revival likely though Sarkic, Thaumatological means.
Established 2/18/23. Built over another site, contains multiple unexplored doorways. Details pending.
Town, west of Foundation base. Shady past regarding past government, possibly related to our mystery site of origin.

CI's special forces division. Currently 3 known members, however they seem to work closely with the Commander and have a range of power over the Cell.
The Insurgency Commander. Spends most of his time outside of the site, need more info on identity.
Representative of the Serpent's Hand. Contacted me via written note on 3/17. Specific identity unknown.
Outside of Foundation vents, is a statue containing runes originating both from Adytite and Wanderer Signs, alongside multiple dead languages.
Serpent's Hand on 3/17 had a meeting with the Chaos Insurgency, however nobody has informed of the actual nature of this meeting.
Two operatives of the Serpent's Hand accompanied D into the CI base. They have not identified themselves.
