Pros: Great for visual communication. Primary demographic is female users. Being that the majority of teachers are female you will likely find more things about teaching on here than other platforms. Has a nice filtration system for finding content closer to your needs.
Educational Use: Primary use would be for sharing visual ideas with other teachers that are in your age range, millennials and some boomers.
Cons: Primarily female and millennial demographic. Not the best or most professional communication system.
Description: Social medica platform centered around images and small amounts of text. Has a direct messaging system. Now this platform includes similar shorter pieces of content. Audience is key. On here you will likely find students ranging from malineals and older but teachers of our time will also be on it..

Description: This is a great application for all uses in the classroom. It can be used to give assessment, grading, communication via messages with students all in a very simple and straight forward manner.
Pros: Easy to use, Only requires an email, does everything you need it to and expect it to do for both students and teachers.
Cons: Requires and email, not to friendly for very young students, geared more towards highschool+.

Description: An application for creating and managing personal blogs.
Pros: Fun if you like to share your ideas in a written form. Great way to have your ideas found via a google search.
Cons: Very limited in it's use. You can add comments but they are all very public and require extra attention as the user has to approve comments. Can take a decent amount of work to setup. Content can be to generic and possibly miss the mark on the big topic. Blogging is a skill and is not easy to do to create an effective blog.
Educational Use: Great for creating a website that is public. Teachers can share their ideas, experiences, and other things with this. They could create a classroom blog or a school blog as well.

Description: Application for creating an form of visual content you wish to share. Good for infographics, slides, printed material like brochures as well as designed material you wish to share on other platforms.
Pros: Great for beautifying things, very simple to use, useful for making your slides or other posted material look good.
Cons: Not useful for messaging students, parents, or other teachers. Slight learning curve. Requires some design experience if you want to make good content.
Educational Use: Great for creating educational material to post or add to your classes. Less useful for direct communication.
