Qlik's costs are not directly related to inflation but also to Qlik's suppliers prices increase which is higher than 5% (Microsoft 20%)

From perpetual to Subscription we have been told that we could increase and decrease. So can you explain why we have price uplift when it comes to decrease?

This is a global company and all software companies are applying those uplifts. Microsoft 11% anualy, Salesforce 9% anualy. So on a year basis it is more than Qlik (14% on the total contract value 4.5% on a yearly basis)
Your original discount is based on the number of licenses you purchased. XX% discount is only because you purchased XX licenses. If you decrease the number of license the discount will decrease too.
