By conducting a natural experiment I was able to see what elements effected the graduate labour market.
Price mechanisms do play an important role in both overall graduate and nursing labour market. However due to the complex nature of both markets drawing generalisations can be challenging.
Employers having a hand in graduate education, due to the cost of hiring and training graduates. It can be very expensive to miss hire someone. Also graduates who have desired skills can start to generate value quickly for employers.

Allowed a holistic view of overall graduate labor market, paired with deep dive into finer nuances of nursing graduate labor market.
