Controllers
Controllers are also very objective oriented and like to get lots of things done in a day and not waste time with small talk or worry to much about relationships.
Controllers state what is in front of them and tend to ask straightforward questions. They are very confident and talk clearly.

Controllers are usually louder and usually have a sense of urgency to everything they say limit their emotions.
Collaborators
Collaborators appear relaxed and ask lots of questions. Usually have a win - win attitude and want the best for everyone.
Collaborators often listen to others patiently and show interest in what they have to say. Often give ideas of how they feel about your idea or what you've asked of them.
Collaborators are very easy going and like to small talk and work on their relationships but still get work done with others.
Collaborators are very hesitant to make decisions and and highly emotional with lots of with an expressive tone.
Analyzers
Analyzers are very logical and soften spoken. Often have a monotone voice, limit eye contact, and limit facial expressions.
Analyzers try to avoid small talk, present facts and statistics and provide as many details as possible to make the best possible decision.
Analyzers are detail oriented people who like to take in all the facts before they make a decision or respond to a topic
Analyzers take a lot of time to reach a decision and often think about the facts and data before they come to a agreement or decision.
Socializers
Socializers are very outspoken and quick to make decisions. Some of their other characteristics include being assertive, fast talkers, and expressive.
Socilizers are also very good listeners. They tend to show lots of interest in what your saying and tie personal experiences into your ideas and points.
Socializers are very outgoing and thrive on change and really enjoy meting new people. They get a lot of their energy from others and work best in groups.
