Green Link Determining System (GLIDE) detects vehicles and pedestrians at major road junctions and then adjusts the green time according to traffic conditions

Advantage
People do not need to commute, reducing the number of drivers and public transport passengers during peak hours.
Disadvantage
The employee has less personal contact with managers and coworkers, hindering communication.
It can be more difficult for managers to supervise someone working from home.
The worker may have more disruptions at home, resulting in reduced productivity.
