Parents shouldn't force their children to stay up late and study because it can be harmful to the children's health. It might even cause insomnia.

Kids sees parents as their role models and some desire to be like their parents. So, parents should act as a good role model for their kids. If they don't want them to smoke they shouldn't smoke themselves
Support kids development
It is quite important to teach kids and improve their development in critical thinking and other skills. Parents should have time to teach their kids and care for their kids. So, that their children can grow up to be a wise, strong and confident individual.

Friends can influence what are we eating, if they are eating vegetable, Fruits, and healthy snack, then we will eat healthier food.
Some kids get stress and lonely, when they don't have friends, this might even cause eating disorders and other symptoms.

Friends can influence the mood of the individual. Friends have a myriad of benefits, such as levels of happiness, self-esteems, self improvement, and levels of stress
Kids especially teenagers do things that they don't want to just to fit in a group, which this can cause them to feel depressed and feel powerless.
Some people cut themselves off from the society, because they feel different from their friends and they feel like they are the odd one in the group.

That is why we should surround ourselves with good companions that encourages our development, not with companions that pressure us to do bad things like smoke or do drugs.

Which this can make your eyes short sighted and sleeping late also makes you feel exhausted and tired in the morning.
