Where should New Zealand funding go?, Housing, House Hounting, Job Hunting…

Housing
Women forced to live in a car with her elderly mother and 3 teen children due to a previous encounter where the house she was renting was sold.
Another female victim of this issue with 6 kids struggling to afford hospitality was left no other choice but to live in friends unused garage
The housing prices in New Zealand continue to incline/increase resulting in an even larger percent of homeless people - Housing has become a huge challenge
-
Quite a large sum of people being effected by this issue are the Maori/Pacific islanders; 82% are either renting their house or don't even have one altogether.
What are the short term problems? Being kicked out by the landlords or not having a good source of income
Long term problem? Being trapped in a cycle of renting and never being able to have enough money to save up for a deposit for their own home

The job below would not be the best suit for a recent high school graduate as being hired for the job requires previous experience which they/I do not have. Though the qualities I hold meet the criteria of a standard/quality employee there, I am unable to apply due to my lack of experience, relations, and even interest. Landscape/Gardening Job - Bad Option
This site cleaning supervisor job has flexible hours which is incredibly beneficial for life outside of work. It opens up time to look after the child I for some reason had even though I'm like 17/18 years old. Having experience for this job isn't essential nor is it necessary, therefore, it is definitely worth applying for Link to Site Cleaning Supervisor Description

This full-time librarian job has some inconvenient but negotiable working hours and includes a high-salary pay. It is definitely a fantastic option which will likely give me a good experience whilst it's providing a solid pay. Link To Librarian Job

Right here is an option that is definitely worth considering! A full-time job which gives more than what it's expected to have. This job requires nothing but a few qualities (Social-Personality/Extrovert/Great Social Skills but 0 experience) Instead of using your prior experience, your already attained qualities are already an advantage! Barber/Hair Stylish Job
Health
I strongly believe we should raise the age for free doctor visits for children to 18 years. This would make doctors visits compatible with dentists visits which are also free until age 18. This would also allow children through their childhood to have access to free doctor visits without cost to parents which would increase health among youth.
Free tertiary fees for those training or studying to be Doctors or Nurses
Waive visa process for incoming, high-qualified, ready to work, surgeons who are immigrating to New Zealand. By incorporating both of these policies into the system it will establish more doctors and surgeons working in hospitals and will avoid backlog on surgical waitlists thus enabling a more efficient health care system.
Having doctor's checkups in schools, this would ensure that children actually got checkups, and takes reliance off of parents who may not have the means to get children to the doctors. (Just An Idea )
Renovating high capacity hospitals, to ensure they are to a high standard and clean for those most vulnerable. This would involve ensuring all wards meet high health and safety regulations and are a good environment, for patients who are ill.
If the government were willing to invest more money into even just one of these, It is likely that we will see such a positive and substantial impact to the communities well-being. It will generally improve the way our system operates in the most efficient way possible and WILL please the New Zealanders.
Education
Change the NCEA system to include more life skills that are assessable at the same level for all students like taxes, job finding, CV making and other skills necessary for real life.
Place more emphasis on New Zealand history into the New Zealand schools like how the country became colonized and out involvement in WW1, this is important for young people knowing how our country became the way it is.
I believe that we should restructure the NCEA system as a whole to a system that correlates to all education for years 1-13 and is reflective of an individual's whole career at school.
Teachers should be paid more and given more credit based on their extreme workloads. This would lead to more dedication from teachers who will feel rewarded for their hard work in educating our country.
Many adjustments can be made to the curriculum, all that will benefit the students! If ANY money is to be invested on the education, it should definitely be one of those as they are guaranteed to make a positive change and will impact the way students learn
