Unfair
Not just that they don't just control the budget, THEY CONTROL THE WHOLE HOUSE. yes, that means you cant renovate the house without permission even do you pay for the actual house.
Money
Renting is a huge part of life but renting is very unfair why. well first of the person who owns the house controls the budget. which means if you rented a house for 1000$ they can change it too 1500$ and that's only if they're nice. they will probably triple if they want.
