the teachers stake is that they would get equal opportunity for success, equal respect and no biases for hiring.
students would get equal opportunity in the class room and they would lose there freedom to disrespect authority.
Minorities have futures on the line, need more scholarships, spots in programs, etc. to have a brighter future
staff would have to adjust the way they hire employees, give equal opportunities to all teachers and other staff. They would get equal chances at jobs
parents kids are at stake, they want their kids to get opportunities and be treated with respect. Parents could suffer financially based on how their kids interact and perform in school academically or in relation with others.

Minorities are more likely to be arrested, convicted, given prison sentences, and reconvicted due to racism from the judges and/or jurors
Stakeholders: Judges/Jury members- their job is to pass judgment over a person based on the evidence and facts provided before them
Solution: Better screening of judges and jurors for prejudices before they are able to make judgements within the system.
Stakeholder: Minorites going through the court system- they want to be judged based on the evidence and facts in their case

Minorities make up a majority of the prison population, especially in area in poverty

Politicians abuse minority biases for own sake in elections, campaigns, etc.
Politicians, need minorities support and representation in politics and important decisions to help their overall reputation
Minorities have their safety and need for change, want politicians to start voicing opinions rather than manipulating them
