        :<3:In my previous profession experience, I have seen a company to have the Employee Share Onwership Plan. However, not all the company suits to use the plan because it has disadvantage too. For example, for small business in the international education field, it is hard to make phantom plan and stock options.
        
        :question:Should the share holder pay for the debts according to the shares if the company runs bad from worse and going to be bankcrupt? Is it makes more sense that the precondition of the ESOP is the company has profit? How much profit made by the company can become the precondition for the ESOP?
