In 1932 the number of people unemployed was very high. As source 43 says. Then Hitler rose to power and in 5 years he reduces drastically this percentage of unemployment.

Three organazations
1st Organization
The first organization was run by Dr Robert Ley and it was called “The Labour Front”, also known as DAF. This organization kept a strict control of the workers. Workers could not go on strike if they wanted a better pay and better conditions. In some places workers were even prevented from moving to better paid jobs. Also, DAF replaced trade unions which were banned.
2nd Organization
The second organization which was also led by Dr Robert Ley was “Strength through Joy” known as KdF. The purpose of this organization was to support the Fürher and to thank him for banning trade unions. It also gave workers rewards for their hard work. This included theatre trips very cheap or free holidays, picnics and evening classes.
3rd Organization
The third and final organization that managed German workers was the Beauty of Labour. This organization’s purpose was to show Germans that work was good and that everybody who had the capability of working should do it. It encourages industrial owners to improve their job conditions for workers.
