      - Plickers/Socrative are useful tools to check understanding and then take another standardized quiz/test to see if the students are now understanding the content.
      - Provide a story or writing prompt: the students can first read the story and then illustrate the verbs.
    - - Start off with flashcards of verbs with pictures and translations. Start off with 3, move onto 5, and then if possible 10 cards to memorize.
