        :explode: Mid 2019 problem reported again for H5 - H8
        Work out with BDI to install fibre optic since there's no issue for H1 - H4
        
        Fibre Optic delivered in Aug 2019, however customer did not installed immediately.
        Replacement given after fibre optic send
        91-04-0459 amera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 5pcs
        
        Due to COVID 19, installation for fibre optic H5 - H8 further delay till July
        Before installation, below faulty found :
        1) 91-04-0459 Camera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 2pcs
        2) 91-04-0460 Control board EggCam 750 x 1pc
        
        As of 100820, customer was in operation with the fibre optic cable for 2weeks. So far there's no complain.
      - H1 - H4
        
        SOLUTION :check:
        2017 -Fong discussed with BDI Christian Kalkhoff to install fibre optic cable for H1 - H4.
        However before fibre optic been installed, replacement was given
        1) 91-04-0459 Camera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 8pcs
        2) 82-91-0068 RP-Camera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 7pcs
        :!: RP EggCam x 7pcs were repair without BDA approval and invoiced to BDA.
        Total cost : EUR 3110
        (Refer RDOC : 2234238)
        
        Tentatively Solve
        There is no issue reported after fibre optic being installed for H1 - H4.

        1) 91-04-0459 Camera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 6pcs
        4pcs for H56 testing purposes and 2pcs as spare
        
        Jan approved to send 91-04-0032 Egg counter EMEC-50 with display and fastener 50cm wide x 1pc for testing purposes
        
        Feb 2020 - NZ electrician visited Mc Lean, swap and moved around the camera and successfully make it works for most of the houses.
        1st stage - 11pcs x Eggcam not working
        2 weeks later - 2pcs x Eggcam failure
        Replacement send on Apr 2020
        1) 91-04-0459 Camera b/w wo/case incl lens mount f/EggCam 750 x 13pcs
        2) 91-04-0460 Control board x 6pcs
        
        June 2020 - Christian Kalkhoff advised to send 91-04-0166 Power supply UPS x 2pcs to side
        Summarize from Christian Kalkhoff :warning:
        H56 & H57 - 2 houses have defective EggCams
        Advice to install 1 x online-UPS in the control cabinet to support all 4 cameras / house, connect the spare EggCams and use EggCamViewer to calibrate.
        Still need to find out what is the issue for these 2 houses ?
        
        Aug 2010 - Reported 1pc x EggCam failed.
        Customer will try to install new network cable away from motors and other interference. Jonathan and customer are discussed with BDI for this testing.
