School in impoverished areas are behind in their standards, materials, and lunches/ac.

Students need the access to the same quality of education in order to be able to be on the same playing field as other students.

Positives for Public Schools
Funding will open up more educational opportunities.
They will have more opportunities for jobs in a professional setting.
Extracurricular activities can open up potential jobs in the sports fields.
With funding, they can become more of a higher institution versus just another "stigmatized" public school.
Need to have inclusive schools that represents all parts of communities in order to gain knowledge of other cultures/people.
With access, students can have more of a respectful attitude versus an authoritarian attitude of development.
Confidence levels will increase along with literacy.
