Register with snumber as username, password, and 2FA confirmation code sent to their email

Default user level: basic permissions, given at registration
Students are able to sign up for events and attend events, scanning their student card or logging in at the event with an official.
Administrator
Administrators can give student, official, and administrator permissions to other users
Manage all data: event creation, event data storage, table management
