During Wilde's testimony, he was asked if he knew Taylor, a man who managed young people to relate to the writer
At this stage of the interrogation, there was already the image that Wilde would be a “corruptor of young people”
In May 1895, after three trials, Oscar Wilde was sentenced to two years in prison and forced labor
Oscar Wilde wrote against Bousie, published in the book Deighty, accusing him of having contributed to ruining his life, both personally and professionally
Still in prison, he produced “The Soul of Man under Socialism”, “Balada do Cárcere de Reading”, among other writings.
He achieved freedom on May 19, 1897
Because of his career failure and the refusal of many friends, Wilde moved to Paris
He started to live in a humble environment, with simple clothes and a small literary production
