If the firm gets not enough demand, they might have to lay off their workers which causes increase in unemployment. If there are firms willing to hire new employees, they will most likely offer small income since right now everything is expensive and they need to prioritise saving.
If workers aren't able to get another job, their skills will become dull and this will decrease the economy's efficiency. Their work incentives will also decrease since they don't feel motivated to work if they are just going to get small income.
If these workers still stay unmotivated, they might have to rely on welfare payments from the government which will cause the government to have to increase public expenditure. Poverty rates will also increase in the economy because of that. This is not good as right now the government is already suffering loss from the lack of international trade and funding is required for covid prevention.
If the government increases public spending, they might cause a budget deficit and this might cause an increase in national debt. If the government chooses to borrow from private sectors and end up borrowing to much, they might crowd out the private sectors and they won't have the money to continue production which decreases the total output of the economy which slows down economic growth.

The inflation is caused by people buying things and basic necessities in bulk which causes excess demand and output is not able to keep up which is why it is demand pull inflation.

Indonesia also experienced a economic recession at 1998 and the value of USD went from Rp.6 000 to about RP.17 000 due to the drop in the value of Rupiah. Another recession happened at 2008 but it wasn't as bad as 1998.

There is also inflation such as demand pull inflation due to people buying items in bulks. When COVID first begin, the supermarkets were always out of stock and things like hand sanitizer and masks or even alcohol and disinfectants were so in demand that the firms producing them could not keep up and there was a demand pull infaltion.
Prices went so high that masks cost Rp.200 000 per box which cause some people to sell used masks to gain profit from this incident

Firms in multiple industries will shut down and there will be an increase in unemployment and a large decrease in demand. Future productivity and efficiency will also decrease.
National income will decrease and overall output will also decrease. Government will have to take the burden of multiple problems
In the end, all of this will eventually lead to an economic recession
Inflation has caused increase in unemployment and recession in the economy due to decrease of economic activity
The government is now able to handle covid better than the beginning of the year and are doing what they can to help the people and the economy
Indonesia's economy will not return to normal and contraction is expected. Changes are mostly due to change in spending and saving pattern. The economy will also be affected due to the process of recovery from the recession
