Authentic Leadership

Intrapersonal perspective believes the leader's experiences and their value of them is critical for authentic leadership development and to have strong self-knowledge and self-regulation.
Interpersonal perspective is relational and believes that being an authentic leader is done through reciprocal engagement with the leader and followers because they are intertwined.
Developmental perspective emphasizes the ability to nurture one into leader rather than it being a trait. The leader is made throughout a lifetime of events.
An authentic leader will have strong self awareness, internalized moral perspective, balanced processing, and relational transparency.

Servant Leadership
has a premise to serve others first. By serving others first is ethical. By doing something good will allow for favourable outcomes.
