Na level slightly low due to patient was dehydration. thus, there is electrolyte imbalance and cause Na low
Urea were high than normal range due to patient dehydration and result in increase of BUN excretion from the kidneys

why baclofen is given ?
- This patient had bilateral, lower limb and upper limb contracture.
- Baclofen is given for muscle relaxant and relieves his muscle stiffness.
