        Hold it away from the body
        
        Spin it at a constant Rate of 2 turns per second for 1 minute
        
        Stop recording when u have two wet bulb readings of the same value

    - - Amount of heat matter can absorb without varying the temperature
      - Water has a larger specific heat capacity as compared to the land
        
        during summer, water heats up slower due to its large specific heat capacity. the air above the sea will be cooler as result so coastal areas will be cooler during the summer time.
    - - Presence of large amount of clouds
        
        Cloud reflects large portion of the sun's short wave radiation from the sun, and prevent the short wave radiation from the reaching the earth's surface. (DAY)
        
        The clouds absorb the long wave radiation emitted from earth, and preventing the long wave radiation from escaping to space and radiates it back to the earth's surface so thus warmer nights (NIGHT)
