what can you tell me about why you invested in the Building Relationships Program for your org?
building a leadership/management program; didn't one size fits all understanding not every leader would attend every course, this was a way to dip toe in to learn how leaders interacted in a bisuess capacity to understand strenghts in order to align alternative learning that was tailored
foundation to all other courses so builds of it

What can you tell me about how The Building Relationships Program effected organisational culture at your org?
hard to isolate to just this program because Anna has developed 6 different courses
people take the time to try to understand someone's perspective before they go into challenging or influential discussions and is inline with our values
more awareness around different ways to tackle a problem
BEHAVIOUR
What can you tell me about the effect doing the Building Relationships Program had on workplace behaviour?
positive effect
being strategic in making sure that all profiles are engaged in different courses
people understand profile and of others and in context with other topics
Anna delivers course on change - so if we have coverage about how different styles respond in different contexts and work with people they don't always work with
different people work together to get different strategic outcomes
through coaching its foundational - we always come back to it "have you thought about how this person is coming back to profile"

What can you tell me about your org's commitment to remote/virtual learning post COVID-19?
Ideally would like to see a blend
growing relationships - need to have people networking and communicating and sometimes it can be restricted virtually
catch up can be done remotely
advocates blended, although business supports move to remote learning
have team members in other states
BLENDED - exploring DISC profiles- mentoring and coaching sessions can be done remotely - once connections have been built, then to remote learning; talks to the work done within the learning time period rather than what you need to do before hand and after - Elearning with social Learning

What can you tell me about what you needed to do to ensure the Building Relationships Program generated desirable outcomes for your org?
Not overly deliberate
have a nomination process - this is first piece
don't have a lot of conversation - although send info out before disc profile
More work is post
part of a much larger program - managers have robust conversation gap analysis - to align development areas to match the course content - have understanding of different areas of development

What can you tell me about your org's current infrastructure (tech, processes, design, resources) readiness for remote/virtual training right now?
we are really ready
entire workforce is working at home
logistically we can make it happen
operate on Google Suite - rigid about it
rigid in terms of software employees can use
