        Create an individualized learning plan with your Learning Support Team. Make sure you are targeting the areas of concern and assessing to see if this is working.
        
        When you achieve desired result, continue to monitor your student closely and offer as much support as they need. Make sure your student always feels comfortable to ask for help and not like they are being punished for needing different methods of instruction.
        
        If there is more than one student who needs help academically, consider pairing them up in their own Learning Station so they are able to get extra attention in whichever area they are struggling in.

        Make sure your student has support from you in the classroom as well as continued support from their parents or carers.
        
        Continue to use Safe Corner in your classroom, encourage students to take time for themselves there if they feel overwhelmed. Emphasize that this is not a punishment, rather a space for them to self regulate and let me know if they need help/time.
        
        Continue to monitor your student and take notes of what their behavior is like to share with Management, Parents and Learning Support.
