DRAINAGE
DEFINITION
Drainage is the system or process by which water or other liquids are drained from a place.
DRAINAGE INSTALLATION
1.Plan the place to put the drainage and mark it.
2.Cut the road to make it easier for the drainage using the road cutting machine and remove the asphalt road using hoe.
3.Using the dimension of drainage, excavate to make it fit and remove the soil into the wheelbarrow.
4.Place the drainage into the trench that already excavate.
5.Mix the cement using ratio 1:2:3 with fine and coarse aggregates.
6.Place the drainage after pour the concrete in the trench and use spirit level to ensure it is balance.Then, pour the concrete to make it more stable.
7.Dig another trench of drain and use the circular pipe because it is underground pipe. Measure the pipe to make it fit in the trench.
8.After measure, mark the pipe and cut the pipe using the tube cutter.
9.Then, use the PVC glue (blue) to attach the pipe. Repeat the same step 8 and 9 until the end of the trench.
10.Pour the soil back into the trench.
11.Check if the drainage hole is on the correct path.
12.Using tar, fill in the gap between the drainage and the asphalt road to make it even.
