        Their bodies are in white colour to blend in and insulate heat.
  - - - It has a layer of fat called blubber under the skin. This blubber protects it from the cold which is 10 cm thick.
        
        It has a very strong sense of smell and can detect prey from a long distance
        
        It also has 2 layers of thick skin
        
        It has strong sharp claws which help it walk on ice and to attack prey

        Their hands and feet are like such that they can hold onto branches.
  - - - Large ears of the elephant help it hear every noise
        
        The trunk is also used for tearing barks of trees
  - - - Spend a major part of their lives on the tree
        
        Their silver-white mane surrounds their heads from the cheeks down to their chin.
        
        It mainly feeds on fruits but also eats seeds, young leaves, stems, flowers, and buds
