Examine for- tachycardia, BP, raised JVP, enlarged liver, obesity, dependent oedema, Respiratory signs such as tachypnoea, basal crepitations, and pleural effusions.A laterally displaced apex beat, heart murmurs, and third or fourth heart sounds (gallop rhythm).
