Goal: Reviewing 20%
Need to make sure that the ID documents are saved for at least 48 hours following the rejection and/or validation. Rejected cases also need to be reviewed to see if they were rightful rejected
The Support Specialist will leave its decision as an Internal Note and will add the tag in_review. The ticket will be left as open.
