Monitor sign and symptom of hypovolemic such as shrunken eyes, thirsty, dry lips and confusion
Monitor and correct abnormal lab data

DXT: 5.5 mmol/L
No deterioration overnight
Tolerating Ryle Tube Feeding
Unable to sleep due to cramping
No fever
Alert (GCS 15/15)
Lung clear
No pedal edema
PA: soft, non-tender
