Cells
Animal cells
Structure

-
-
-
-
-
-
Rough endoplasmic reticulum:
Proteins synthesized ribisomes collect here for transport through the cell
-
Cytoplasm:
Cytoplasm is a jelly like structure which keeps a cell's shape. All the reactions happens here
Specialized Cells
1) RBC-
Transports oxygen,Found in blood.
2) Nerve cells-
Trans mitts nerve impulses.Found in nerves.
3) Ciliated cells-
Helps in moving mucus, found in lungs and nose.
Plant cells
Structure
-
Nucleolus:
Nucleolus is present in a nucleus, they produce ribosomes for protein synthesis.
-
-
-
Vacuole:
Vacuole stores nutrients and it takes the most space in the cell. There is one large vacuole in plant cell
Cell wall:
Plants have rigid wall around it made of cellulose called cell wall.Cell walls are fully permeable.

Difference between animal and plant cells:
1) Plant cells have cell wall and chloroplast but animal cell doesn't
2) Animal cells have lysosomes but plant cell doesn't
3) Plant cells have one big vacuole where as animal cells have many small vacuoles.
4) Animals cells are found in animal and plant cells are found in plants
