Immigrant - do they have access to the same level of education / medical pathways and programs (HECS, medicare)
Mortality rates - are they different across ethnicities and what are the causes of breath? e.g accident/injury, suicide
Different ethnicities have different sense of pride / fulfilment participating in their vocation.
Creates mental health issues (health is more than being free from disease). Inequality would lead to unstable mental thoughts

Lower income earners may be given lower quality of care as it is all they can afford - leaving them more vulnerable to specific disease
People that have higher income are likely to have better access to facilities
