THE STRUCTURE OF THE FIRST CONDITIONAL
The first conditional has the following structure:
If + subject + present simple, subject + future simple
It's used to talk about things which might happen in the future. Of course, we can't know what will happen in the future, but this describes possible things, which could easily come true.
Negative:
-If they don't invite you, you won't go to the party.
-If it rains, we won't go to the concert.
-If I don't hurry up, I will miss the bus.
-If I ask her to go to the party, she won't let me go.
-If I don't study hard, my teacher won't aprove me.
