DEFINITION
stressor - the causes of stress include any environment conditions that triggers person to response

TYPES OF STRESS
DISTRESS
: painful and caused the distraction of physiological, psychological and behavioral of a person to malfunction
EUSTRESS
: Healthy and positive experienced from stress response that motivate the person to activate and achieve goals
CONSEQUENCES OF DISTRESS
