There are a lot of people involved in a crime investigation, such as first police officers on the scene, medics, investigators, photographers, and lab experts including pathologists, forensic odontologists and DNA experts.
Everyone involving in a crime investigation has different jobs. For example, according to indeed.com, medics take care of anyone who is hurt at the scene. Investigators look for evidences at the crime scene and try to solve the crimes. photographers take pictures of the crime scene to capture evidence and take them back to investigators for them to analyze the picture for more detail information and possible clues. Lastly, lab experts test evidence samples collected from the scene to identify victims and suspects.
