        Organizational communication: Communication processes within the organization are key for collaborators to handle the same version of information and thus not be exposed to interpretations due to lack of clarity in it. This improves work environments and impacts other important processes, such as operations, administration and of course, business areas.
        
        Transparency: Access to information by the community is highly valued. Consequently, sharing memories, historical information, company actions or conducting open recruitment processes are aspects that make people interested in learning more about it.

        The channel,as the means in which the message is transmitted, must find the right tools for efficient communication, such as the use of information and communication technologies known as ICT.
